　　裹挟着丝丝酒香，一阵独特的咖啡香气扑面而来。走进第26届海峡两岸经贸交易会(简称“海交会”)的两岸乡建乡创成果发布区，循香而去，一辆标有“马祖·小柒咖啡”标识的推车后方，邱思奇正在做手冲咖啡。

　　“马祖的酒非常有名，我们将马祖高粱酒的味道融入咖啡，但不含酒精。”“马祖·小柒咖啡”是邱思奇在马祖的自创品牌。

　　本届海交会正在福州举行。邱思奇受访时告诉中新社记者，将当地特色酒和咖啡相结合，形成了独特的口味，广受好评。他还将产品制作成罐装咖啡，已上架台湾7-11便利店、台湾免税店等。

　　一年前，邱思奇来到福州市闽清县参加两岸交流活动。在那里，他看到了由台湾青年曾芝颖所带领的团队将闽清县雄江镇打造成网红度假地，很受震撼。在曾芝颖等台青伙伴的邀请下，“马祖·小柒咖啡”今年5月落地闽清并开业。

　　此次参加“海交会”，和邱思奇一同前来的还有两位闽清当地阿姨，她们现场冲泡咖啡，技艺娴熟。手冲咖啡的技艺正是邱思奇教给她们的。

　　“这也是闽台乡建乡创的另一番成果。”邱思奇表示，将冲泡咖啡的技艺教给当地村民，并提供就业机会，希望能够带动村民就业。

　　两岸乡建乡创成果发布区里，展示着“海峡乡建乡创家园”“长者食堂”等建造模型。在闽清县，这些场所已经在曾芝颖团队改造下投入运营。

　　2023年，雄江镇将库区移民文化馆活化利用，改造成闽清·海峡乡建乡创家园。该家园作为两岸乡建乡创青年服务中心及台湾团队服务网点，包含住宿、餐饮、创业办公场所和交流活动等配套空间。

　　作为闽清·海峡乡建乡创家园主理人，曾芝颖也来了海交会现场。不过，参加过多届海交会的她，由过去的“参与者”转变为了“组织者”。在本届海交会上，她将其团队在闽清县的乡建乡创成果进行融合展示，展区就由她组织设计而成。

　　咖啡渣洗手粉、咖啡渣熏香、洗手液……展示馆内，利用制作咖啡所产生的废料进行二次加工生产出来的产品吸引观展者驻足参观。曾芝颖表示，希望能与可持续发展目标相呼应。

　　马祖·小柒咖啡是第一个在闽清落地的马祖咖啡品牌。目前，多家台企准备进驻闽清·海峡乡建乡创家园，涵盖设计、商贸、餐饮等多个领域。

　　从去年开始，曾芝颖推动开展多场两岸交流互动活动。她说，希望让大家感受到大陆乡村的美丽与无限的发展潜力，期盼有更多两岸团队加入他们。

　　“乡村振兴绝不是单一的设计，发展到后期，还要做很多关于‘人’的工作，才能让整个村子有活力、有生机。”曾芝颖说。(完)
